Justine Holland is an experienced social worker. She has worked in youth justice and with youth and their families in both statutory and non-statutory roles. Justine has a passion for empowering individuals to realise their full potential and being supported to do this. She works from a strengths based perspective and incorporates psychosocial and solution focussed frameworks into her work with clients.

I am a fully trained functional family therapist and have worked as a relationship counsellor for 20 years for Family Court, and Rape Crisis for 15 years, as a counsellor. I am flexible with my session times and can provide counselling through skype.

Janet has 14 years’ experience working within Mental Health services. She has worked with people who have experienced a range of mental health issues, and who come from a range of backgrounds, including children, teenagers, older adults and people of various ethnicities. Whilst working within Mental Health services she has provided therapy and support.

Nancy specialises in working with children and also enjoys working with families and individually with adults. Nancy comes from a background of working with children and families in both social work and counselling roles. She is very experienced in working with children and women who have been abused, and also working with men. Her base in working with people is developmentally, and her main models of practice are mindfulness and client centred models adding trauma informed practice, CBT, ACT and DBT informed strategies and treatments.

Tania Metherell is a registered social worker with 14 years’ experience, currently working mainly with children and their families as a Family Worker in a non-governmental organisation.

Kate is a social worker who has experience in the fields of mental health, addictions, social work supervision and family work she has a particular interest in the use of mindfulness and somatic (body) therapy to support wellbeing. She believes the combination of talk therapy and somatic therapy offers a holistic approach to healing. She worked as a Practice Leader and supervisor in a high-risk residential setting with clients experiencing mental health, substance abuse, violence and sexual abuse, intellectual disabilities, ex-prisoners.
